  Prins Hendrikkade 600 ,   Centrum          (+31) 206 20 48 78     more than a year ago
Designed by René van Zuuk, the futuristic building on the River IJ that looks like something out of a sci-fi film is actually the fitting home of the Amsterdam Centre for Architecture that hosts regular exhibitions on urban planning, architecture and design. Its chief aim is to promote a new view of city living and visitors can not only take in its informative exhibitions, but also gain inspiration for their own homes by looking at a large collection of books and magazines about architecture and interior design.
