One of the most beautiful monuments in Zandvoort is its town hall. The butterfly-shaped building proudly stands at the central roundabout and its façade is decorated with ‘patterns of the sea’. You'll no doubt notice the small fountain with three fish. These little creatures represent the coat of arms of Zandvoort, which can be interpreted as an homage to its history as a fishing village or perhaps a reference to Christianity.
