Fast Food in Sofia

Sofia has it all - McDonald's, KFC, Subway, Burger Kind, Dunkin Donuts, so if fast food is your thing you'll be happy. The Bulgarian version of fast food is banitsa, the cheese-filled pastry still available all over Sofia and usually washed down with airyan, a watered down yogurt drink. Sandwiches are rapidly taking over from banitsa, and nowadays the wordly wise can get takeaway sushi as well.
