The Phoenix Hostel is run by Cathy and Nick  from the UK, who have lovingly restored their historic house not far from the former central market area in Veliko Turnovo, and will do everything  to make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and spacious with under-bed lockers. They pride themselves in having NO TV - as they believe it kills conversation.

All beds are 20 leva which includes linen, towels and breakfast. The 4 bed room has 2 single beds and a bunk and can be booked as a private twin for 50 leva per night.

  It appears that unfortunately this lovely hostel is closed....
