Although it's against all (unwritten) rules, this local favourite serves damn good cheeseburgers that are perfectly seasoned. Purists will eat it as is but you can also spice up your burger with some Argentine chimichurri sauce or salsa rosada, a tasty blend of mayonnaise and ketchup. The Chilean staple Lomito (shaved pork loin sandwich with sauerkraut) and fries is another good option from this roadside jewel. You can squeeze into the small seating area in front or do as the locals do and eat your fried food from the hood of your car.
