While Tilburg isn't exactly a shopper's paradise in the traditional sense, its arty reputation makes it a great place to pick up antiques, artwork and jewellery. Tilburg's most popular shopping area is the pedestrian street of De Heuvel. The city's main department stores are also located here. Enough patisseries and delicatessens are available along the way to recharge from any shopping spree.
