Of the two Argentine restaurants on the Oudegracht this one is our favourite. The steaks are so tender you can cut them with a fork and the menu allows each patron to choose their own piece of meat according to cut, size and weight. You'll have to pay extra for all the tasty side dishes here, but the seven chef’s specialties come with a delicious baked potato or fries and the classic Argentine chimichurri sauce comes standard with all main courses. Because the beef has never been frozen, you can almost taste the vast pampas in very bite you take.
