’s-Hertogenbosch was proclaimed the most hospitable city of the Netherlands in 2010, a title we are proud of. It is a sign of appreciation to the many parties that do their best for our lively, exuberant city.
You, as a visitor, can experience all sorts of things in picturesque ’s-Hertogenbosch. There are many terraces, cafés and restaurants, as well as many events, a rich history and multi-faceted cultural activities. Moreover, there are many things taking place as we approach 2016 – 500 years since the death of Hieronymus Bosch.
’s-Hertogenbosch is also an attractive destination for visits of more than one day. In addition to all attractions, activities and restaurants within the city, the region also has a variety of things to offer. You can follow beautiful routes through stunning landscapes by bicycle, by boat and on foot. Surrounding towns, villages and amusement parks are also definitely worth a visit.
