The X-tra is one of Zurich’s biggest clubs. Lots of international bands play here when they are in town. When there is no concert students and even younger boys and girls party their asses off on up to four dance floors. On Wednesdays there is the traditional wave party and no admission. Thursdays is the night of the salsa dancers, Fridays there are hits from the eighties and corny Schlager music, while on Saturdays anything from hip hop to Latin music might be on. Check the programme on the net. Admission only with a valid ID or passport and usually until about one hour before closing time.
