This gourmet restaurant is situated in the hotel of the same name, on the edge of the old town. The menu that changes regularly has Mediterranean inspirations, but still includes that Zurich classic sliced veal with rösti. The atmosphere in this house from the 15th century is elegant and you can taste that Klinck knows what he’s doing - especially if you go for his five-course menu.
