The traditional Swiss dishes on the menu are no surprise here, but the Indian specialities the Schwan also offers are not what one would expect, given the traditional wooden interior. This slightly curious mixture works well though. The quality of the cooking is consistently solid, portions are generous and prices reasonable.The outside tables across the street from the main entrance are very pleasantly set, under large trees directly next to the mediaeval Prediger church.
