The traditional Swiss dishes on the menu are no surprise here, but the specialities from Sri Lanka the Schwan also offers are not what one would expect, given the traditional wood-clad interior. This slightly curious mix works well though, thanks to the Sri Lankan owner. The quality of the cooking is consistently solid and portions are generous. The outside tables across the street from the main entrance are pleasantly set, under large trees directly next to the mediaeval Prediger church.
