This restaurant is situated in the yuppie neighbourhood of Wittevrouwen and it maintains a ‘one size fits all’ principle: everyone pays the same price for the same five-course meal, which has been thought up by the chef earlier in the day based on available fresh produce. Guests can tell their server in advance what they wouldn't like to see on the menu – meat, fish, shellfish, and so on – but other than that the menu will remain a surprise until the dishes are brought to your table. You can count on one of the courses to be a cheese platter, however, as you are in a French restaurant after all. The dishes aren't too complicated, but are skilfully prepared classics of French and sometimes even Italian cuisine.
