You'll find this Indian restaurant at the most picturesque part of the Oudegracht. All of its dishes, from the spicy tandoori to the delicate fish curries, are so veritably Indian that we almost forgot that we were sitting in the heart of Utrecht and not South Asia. Downside is that the portions are too small to feed a grown up person. so you need to order more, which drives up the bill really fast. The red house wine is a good choice when your thirsty, but don't even think about drinking coffee here. The most polluted water of the world, the holy water of the Ganges, tastes even better then this black unidentified crap. Also the staff needs to get a lesson or two in customs of the Western world, where you have to deserve a tip by being all the time nice to your guests...
