International calls:
Dial the international access number (00), the country code, the area code and the subscriber's number. Call 12 for international directory assistance.

National calls:
For calls outside Korça, dial 0, the city code and the subscriber's number. Call 14 for domestic directory assistance.

Local calls:
Korça numbers have six digits, all starting with a 2.

Calling Albania from abroad:
Dial the country code (355), then the city code (Korça's is 82). To call a mobile phone in Albania from abroad, dial 355, then drop the 0 and dial 38.
