Public transport

Shkodra doesn't have much in the way of public transport; one busline runs from Bahçallek (the suburb across the Drini bridge on the Tirana road) via Rruga Zogu I, Sheshi 5 Heronjte and Rruga Marsel Kashen to the Fermentim industrial area in the north of town. Useful bus stops are Radio Shkodra (between Radio Shkodra and Rozafa hotel), Parruce (just south of the park), Lagjja Liria (at the main Tirana furgon stop), and Ura e Bunes (near the Buna bridge; handy for visiting Rozafa Castle). Buses go every 15 minutes between 06:05 and 14:00 and then every 20 minutes until 20:00. Tickets are 20 lek (that's cheaper than walking) and can be bought on board.
A second bus departs a few times a day from the stop on Rruga Clirimi (just north of Sheshi 5 Heronjte) via the Radio Shkodra and Ura e Bunes stops to Shiroke and Zogaj.
