There’s nothing serendipitous about Serendipity at all, with the finger food to the full-blown Mexican dishes being about as authentic as they can when you consider this is Tirana and not Tijuana. With a very relaxed vibe, this is the kind of restaurant you may drop in to for a snack at dinner time, but end up falling into bed six hours later full of tequila and burritos.
