Internet access in Tirana

Free wifi is increasingly common in city-centre cafés, restaurants and hotel lobbies such as the Rogner. It's also available free at the airport. In the internet cafés listed below, expect to pay 100-150 lek per hour for internet access (and plenty of noise from little boys playing Counterstrike).
