The best place in Tirana, where you feel very comfortable and clients are treated in a respected way, I really like it...go guys!
A place where people sing... but sometimes it gets monotone. We go there just to change the night club or when we are tired to dance :)
It will take a long time before Flares salvages its former image and makes the place really wonderful, civilized, and totally respects the clients, especially the old clients.
