I absolutely love this place! the best cafe in Tirana by far especially when it comes to coffee and desserts... It really does try to be modern and cool in its approach and menu. Additionally they have little stools for your handbag which is great because I hate putting designer handbags on the floor! yes service can sometimes be slow but everything else makes up for it and the last time I visited the staff were lovely) can't wait to go again!
Artist is one of only 2 cafes in Tirana that does not allow smoking inside year around this is in a country where people smoke like chimneys. For this I am OK with the short coming of the staff and service personally I found the cafe pleasant and the staff are nice guys! I wish them all the success they do try new dishes all the time something new and refreshing and the location is golden. We need more of the same model in this town.
A nice place, nice decor and relaxing atmosphere. Extremely relaxing if you were to take into account the sloppyness of the waiters. They seem to be nice guys but man are they slow! If you go there often you are bound to get every other offer wrong by one of them. Pity...
