Named after a Dubai district and built with Emiratic opulence in mind, Jumeirah is a three-floor complex with plenty of mirrors, fake palm trees and a bar on the top floor. Serving drinks as well as cakes from the ground-floor patisserie, the bar has a nice rooftop terrace. The piano keys get tickled in the evening.
