An excellent, affordable and central hotel, on a quiet street and next door to the Brilant hotel. Spacious rooms with attached bathrooms overlook terracotta roofs, and the naughty soft focus photos in the halls are a nice touch. Free airport pick-up; English-speaking staff members are present after 10:00.

I enjoyed a very pleasant night there in March after a 4 hour minibus ride from Vlora, so I was ready for some homely comfort which the Parlamenti well provided. Small and intimate with real character. The people were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent value.
