Wow! It's open 24 hours, they speak English, serve pizza and even let you pay by credit card! What more do you need? The granddaddy of Minsk internet cafés has around 60 terminals, including a VIP hall. Rates depend on the time of day, but are still cheap. A sure place to bump into people from eevry corner of Europe.

  When I tried to find the Soyuz Online I've been told by the – very charming – staff of the tent-restaurant next to it's supposed place that it's closed. For good I guess.
