Formed in 1997, the Sarajevo Youth Theatre was the result of a merger between two other theatre groups for young people that had been in existence since 1950. It has won numerous accolades and awards and some of its members have gone to become amongstBosnia’s best-known performers. As their website says, ‘Sarajevo’s Youth Theatre has been and has remained a theatre for all generations.’
