All operators in BiH offer prepaid SIM cards, available for sale in operators offices, post offices, newspaper stands, bookshops, shopping centers etc.
The basic set-up costs for all mobile providers is from 5-10 EUR.
You do not need to show any forms of ID to get a SIM card. 
There is no place in Sarajevo or at the airport to rent a mobile phone.
