Mr. Brown seems like an elegant bar, which also acts as a cafe/restaurant during the day. During the evenings, the lights dim down and locals crowd in before a night out.  Next door, Mr. Black attracts a slightly younger and noisier crowd.  Crowds pack in during the evenings and the night begins with ear-splitting commercial folk music. 
Both bars are part of the Hotel Bosna complex.
