A glass building situated within the domains of Banja Luka's central park "Petar Kocic".  The music pavilion not only pays host to exceptional concerts, shows and exhibitions but it is also frequently used for educational purposes such as special workshops and lectures.  The facility also provides a space for business conferences and regular tournaments such as chess.  A cafe is located on the bottom floor with a view of the whole park, its flowers, fountains and a busy main square.
