Relax. There seem to be more signs, written in English language on major roads, and there are more and more Bulgarians, who feel confident to talk “English”. After all, they have been watching American subbed movies for years, and even some gas-pumping people have university degrees. The harder it is to park, the more you get stuck in traffic jams then the closer you are to the city center.
