It's difficult to know these days what category a hotel belongs to, with so many offers available on booking sites. Still, the two listed here are openly catering to a 'no frills' segment who still want decent services and clean accomodation, rather than the many run-down, seedy joints in the central Sofia streets that we have decided to omit from our listing.
