The recent laws on drugs in the Czech Republic are a little vague to say the least. Basically possession of 'more than a small amount' of soft drugs is illegal. However, the definition of 'a small amount' is not stated, meaning that this decision is entirely up to the police. So if they like you, you can have a joint in your pocket, but if not than your arrested. All hard drugs are illegal.
