Handily situated on the Tvrđa sightseeing route, Müller will sort you out with pretty much everything from the Croatian culinary repertoire. Choose between grilled steaks, Germanic schnitzels, and pan-fried local smuđ (pike-perch). Grilled fish and scampi from the Adriatic are also on the menu, although they probably spent a few days in the freezing compartment before arriving at your table. The house-plants in the main dining room add a homely touch, and there’s a slightly plusher upstairs chamber suitable for wining and dining business clients.
