Preluk (close to Opatija) is a haven for windsurfers. The campsite offers plenty of water sports, and costs you 26 - 32kn/day, 19 - 23kn for kids, 18 - 26kn for tent, and 18 - 20kn/car. You can anchor your boat here, and dogs are allowed 16 - 20kn/day.
