Simply send the registration number of your car as a text message (no spaces, no special characters) to 8231 ( zone 1), 8232 ( zone 2), 8233 (zone 3), 8234 (zone 4), 8236 (Petrčane zone). Your payment is confirmed when you get a message back from them.
