The Aunties Cook!
Behind the tongue-in-cheek name “Tete kuhaju” (literally “The Aunties Cook”) reside two not-at-all frumpy ladies who, apart from being witty and urbane, just happen to really love cooking. The lifelong friends have always dreamed of running their own bistro, but in recession conditions cleverly hit on the idea of catering instead, and are quickly becoming a household name. So if you have a party, picnic, celebration or convention to cater for and know that classic Croatian food with a creative, modern twist will go down a treat, you know who to call. The Aunties will design every aspect of the menu in consultation with you, and true to their moniker use only fresh seasonal produce.Tel. 091 600 02 27.
