Dedicated to that triangle they call Istria. Sample Istarska supa (wine soup), Istrian sausages in wine and sauerkraut, baby goat (aaaah!), sheep and goat cheeses, plus a selection of excellent Istrian wines. Good if you’re curious, but not earth-shattering, and a touch too expensive considering.
