First of all I would like to say that I got their flyer for food ordering and I was pleased because me and my wife are gourmets and we like to try different quality food I liked them immediately because we both don't eat meat and their menu looks promising for vegetarians barring the fact that their meals cost double then regular prices here in Zagreb which sounded even more interesting as something to try.First thing that happened was when my wife called them to make the order the guy on the other side was so arrogant - cheeky to her that she did not even tell what we would like to order she thank to the person on the other side and hang up. Let me just tell you that my wife works in a really big company with more then few thousand employees and her profession is to work with different people so she has a lot of toleration for all kinds of people and characters. Then because I really wanted to try their cuisine I gave it a try and called them the guy on the other side talked in arrogant manner but anyway considering what happened to her I made the order without much communicating with this character. The order came finally after 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting we live approximately 5 minutes of walking from that restaurant. We ordered The most expensive pizza they have which is also one of the most expensive pizzas I have eaten here in Zagreb Gnocchi Normal pizza and Panna Cotta for desert. I must mention again that the price for all that was almost double then the price we would normally pay in any other Italian restaurant here in Zagreb which I personally don't mind if the food justifies the price. Finally the food in one word pizza was horrible dough was decently baked but this best pizza from they offer was full of frozen seafood that tasted like eating a rubber (we throw it away in garbage) second pizza was below average a little bit better then their best one but also very poor (we throw it away in garbage). Gnocchi were not cooked well they were insipid not eatable at all had way too much of pepper on it almost without flavor at all except the domination of pepper on which their "chef" got carried away (we throw them away in garbage). And at the end Panna Cotta which is one of my favorite deserts was average and the only thing I did not throw away in garbage.I must say that this is one of the worst Italian restaurants here in Zagreb and they hold prices like the best one so if you are a traveler here in Zagreb don't go there because they will rip you off for terrible service and even worst food.
