The city's mega-museum, this baby is the mother load of artistic treasures with more than 3,750 works in it at all times including sculptures, paintings, crafts and much more. It spans an amazing three millennia and much of it Christian in theme. If you pre-book for a group of 20 people minimum, then a guide is available in English.

NOTE:Due to the consequences of the earthquake, the museum is temporarily closed to the public!

There are a lot of skateboarders in front of this museum. They seem to skate there in the afternoon as they can use the box there and the stairs. There are also some bmx guys and rollerbladers. Skaters tho, most. So if for the search of skaters come here!

The Mimara collection should not be missed in order to attain a complete education. Without offering at least one free admission day for the public per month, you condemn the poorest of your citezins to a life of ignorance. This may be a bitter pill but all other countries must suffer this loss of revenue for the sake of art versus greed.saworsley@hotmail.com
