  I have stayed in this hotel twice The hotel is in a slightly run down area of Prague but has excellent tram links into the city centre, you can also walk there in 20-25 minutes.The hotel itself is split over 3 buildings all very close to each other.The first time I stayed I was based in the older section but the room was large with all the facilities required including a large walk-in wetroom/shower room. I also had a decent sized table with armchairs so you could sit down and spread your maps out (a rarity in my experience). The decor though slightly faded was more than acceptable and the room was clean and warm (important in early March). On my second visit I stayed in the Superior rooms in the modern extension to the hotel,though more expensive and nicely fitted out (though no blinds or curtains on the widows)I think I preferd the more homely comfort of the older standard rooms which are also a lot larger. Breakfasts in the hotel were excellent the best breakfasts I have had in any hotel that I have stayed in in Prague with a good selection of hot and cold food, fruits, breads yogurts etc, hot soup was even available for breakfast.In summary this is a fine basic 3 star hotel that is clean and warm, the staff are pleasant and efficient, and it is in a reasonable area to visit all the sights.
