A unique concept in meat tasting – lots of small portions to encourage you to try different cuts and flavours; Čestr is the latest restaurant in the successful Ambiente Group. While its concept may not appeal to (or be understood) by everyone, it is a good place to go to experience different types of beef. The trout, beef ribs and the spinach salad with grilled chicken are all recommended.
