Just up the hill from Anděl bus station, this cellar restaurant is a great find. Attentive staff are welcoming as the arched and alcoved room. Food is large, filling, delicious and curiously named. Try Bloodied squirrel with asparagus or Knight’s sword with chicken steak. Alternatively, go for the Czech regulars. Excellent. And the beer is cheap.

Grotta is absolutely a great find. The food was excelent and portions very large. Servise was friendly, fast and waitress spoke good English.Meny is also in English, so it helped a lot. The place is popular within locals, for their good price-quality values.We recommend it warmly:)P.S. Sadly, Grotta is closed on Sundays till end og August.
