To see the wait staff in action is like watching ballet with the fast forward button jammed down - understandable when you see the queue at lunchtime. Baked, boiled, fried and grilled meat rules the realm here whether it be beef, pork, duck or other poultry. Vegetarian dishes are also available but we suspect it’s just an attempt to be politically correct.
