The Moose from Oslo doesn’t have moose on its wildly varied menu, but it does serve Norwegian gulaš. Wild boar, snails, duck, octopus, rabbit and quail round out the imaginative mains that are complemented by unusual side combos. The sirloin carpaccio is divine, the steak tender and cooked to perfection, somehow without even asking. More seating in the cellar.
