Same thing happened to us with the wine. We ordered a bottle that was reasonable, the waiter said it was unavailable and recommended a substitution. We assumed it would be in the same price range, but was 3 times as much. Food was good, but not spectacular.

My husband and I ate here about 5 years ago and it was absolutely fantastic. We heard about it from our concierge at the Hilton. The food, service and of course ambiance was second to none. The only "little" caveat we had was that my husband told me to pick a wine from the wine list. Our waiter recommended one of the wines and I said that would be fine. (without looking at the price). When our bill arrived...the one bottle of wine (which was delicious) was more than our entire meal. As a result...I am no longer allowed to order wine by myself. :-) We are hoping to get back to Praha in the future and will definitely make a reservation at this fabulously unique and delighful restaurant. My husband will order the wine. :-)

This restaurant was one of the most enjoyable and most memorable events of our time in Praha. Fabulous! The menu was unique and adventurous, the service was splendid, and the atmosphere was unbelievable.
