Gordon Ramsey moved out and Zinc has moved in. The new Hilton Old Town restaurant replaces Ramsey’s short-lived Maze and is promising modern European cuisine with Asian flavours. That means you can feast on such creativities as miso glazed Chilean sea bass or lacquered duck ravioli and pan-fried foie gras. Executive chef Ari Munandar hails from Indonesia and has a well-deserved excellent reputation in Prague and elsewhere. A Thai sous chef adds to the Asian flair.
