Fluidum is as smooth as its name suggests; a good wine list complements the small yet varied menu. We sampled perfect calamari, steak (not cooked to specification but so very tender), pork tenderloin and salmon, all prime cuts. Vegetable sides are a welcome sight and the bread is warm and served with garlic oil. Czech dishes and pasta make slightly cheaper choices and there is a gourmet menu available. Subtle lighting, comfortable seating and service. Delicious.
