Prague Venice

The sailor boys and girls tout these trips on each side of the Charles Bridge at both docks although the main one on the Old Town side, under the last remaining arch of Judith's Bridge, is where you get your complimentary beer/coffee, accordion music and pastry. So-called because they are the only boat trips that take you into Prague's Little Venice or Čertovka. Boats of various sizes (max pax 32) offer 45 minute guided tours in five languages. Tours leave every 15 minutes from 10:30 - 20:00 (10:30 - 23:00 July & Aug; 10:30 - 18:00 Nov to Feb) daily. Keep your ticket for good discounts on other activities. Be warned the steps to both docks are steep. Tickets 290/145Kč. The Venice boys also offer cruises on the Nepomuk, the oldest ship on the Vltava in Prague as part of the 650th birthday celebrations of the Charles Bridge. The boat dates back to 1933 and you can sail her for an hour cruise for 370Kč every hour or enjoy a two-hour all inclusive dinner cruise at 19:30.
