Bethlehem Chapel

From 1402 to 1412, Jan Hus preached at the Bethlehem Chapel, hence it's significance for non-Catholics, but in 1622, the Jesuits took control of the chapel and Catholic mass became the service of the day. Read_on (No Comments)

Our Lady of Snow

St. Ignatius Church

The construction of what was intended to be a basilica began in 1665 on these very grounds. In 1671 the church alongside Karlovo Square was finally completed and the large statue of Saint Ignatius, the founder of the Jesuit order, was placed on top. Read_on (No Comments)
