The unfortunate thing about most toy museums is that children tend not to enjoy them. For the most part, the experience is too frustrating because all the cool toys are kept just out of reach by a pane of glass. However, all is not lost; the second floor has switches at children's level which  make the displays of stuffed animals jostle about.
