Note: Starting in July 2011, the National Museum will be closed for reconstruction until 2014. Permanent exhibitions include pre-historical, mineralogical, palaeontological, zoological, and there is a good collection of bronze statues of famous Czechs is in the pantheon of the building. One of the most celebrated buildings in Prague, but its exhibits are not nearly as impressive.
