Getting cash

You should have no problems filling your wallet - cash machines (ATMs) are never hard to find in Tallinn. Currency exchanges, however, are more elusive, especially after business hours. Tavid at Aia 5 runs an all-night exchange window that will do in a pinch. Their night rates aren't as good as what they are during the daytime, but this is still better than the only other after-hours option, which is changing money in a major hotel.
