Tipping

Until recently, Estonia was a non-tipping culture. Now; however, with more Estonians travelling the world and more foreign visitors influencing the local habits, there is a growing tendency to leave tips in restaurants. There is still no rule per se, but the general practice is to leave roughly 10% in any restaurant where you ate a full meal and where your bill was brought to your table (i.e., you didn’t order and pay at the bar).
